Marc Chinoy

Marc Paul Chinoy (MPC) founder of The Regis Group, Inc. (TRG) has spent decades helping Individuals, Leaders and Leadership Teams as they decide key changes, ‘Focused on the Future’.

MPC assists in the assessment of circumstances, often leading to key planned changes. For the past half a century  TRG Methods and Practical business Tools (provided here without cost to you) have helped to form practical Initiatives that are owned by teams and advanced over time.

MPC was the central mediator of the Redefinition of Bell Communication Research Corporation, a.k.a. Bellcore, the consortium of the 7 Regional Bell Operating Companies, leading to the divestiture of the common software that supports the U.S. telephone system.  The sale of Bellcore to SAIC,was the largest sale of common software to that time.

MPC helps teams worldwide set Standards for Healthcare, Telecommunications and the Legal Profession.

MPC assisted the leaders of Europe select a central set of patent laws, as they moved to adjust their common interests.

On the regional level, MPC and was honored by Rotary who named him as a lifetime "Paul Harris Fellow" for guiding Rotary leaders through planning in support of local communities.

MPC provides leadership training, focused on group planning plus ongoing advice to individuals and in groups.

On the local level MPC has provided pro bon planning support to critical interests, including those who help families at risk.

MPC is a graduate of Amherst College, an independent provider of undergraduate education since the middle of the Nineteenth Century.

Eric Zimmerman

Virginia leader Eric V. Zimmerman (EVZ) has been a member of the Virginia State Bar since 1975.

EVZ has served in a number of positions for the Loudoun County Bar Association and has assisted as a Commissioner in Chancery for the local court.

EVZ's participation on the Real Property Committee of the Virginia State Bar continued for decades, where he was appointed to the Board of Governors

EVZ was president of the Greater Loudoun Babe Ruth World Series when the National World Series for 16-year old boys was held in Virginia for the first time. As a result of those efforts EVZ was named Loudoun County Citizen of the Year and the Virginia State Bar honored him with the Tradition of Excellence award. 

EVZ has lived in the Town of Purcellville, Virginia since 1983, where he was twice elected as Mayor.

EVZ is married with four children and a bevy of pets. In addition to family and professional commitments, EVZ has coached youth sports (baseball and soccer)

A key aspect of EVZ's professional effort is assisting clients to identify their needs, both from a personal and a business sense.  EVZ brings to the table the wisdom gained by advising clients for more than five decades

Studio Cypher

Studio Cypher (SC) is a business consulting and software customization firm founded in 2005 and headquartered in Bloomington, Indiana. SC is nationally recognized for facilitating internet use enhancements, through software customization with a focus on gameifyed user experiences. SC provides these services to an array of groups, including many in the public interest, such as community colleges, museums, zoos, as well as consultants looking to both enhance people’s lives and generate revenue.

Over the past several years, SC has:

  • Created an enhanced walking tour to guide tourists around Bloomington, Indiana’s thriving downtown art scene and home of a large campus of Indiana University

  • Consulted with an Optometry Supply company to help create new hardware / software vision testing systems, bringing a low-cost way for optometrists to turn a 30 minute eye test into a 5 minute eye test

  • Consulted to energy conservation specialists help create iphone applications aimed at enabling home owners to lower their energy use

the passing of greatness

Richard Earle

With great sorrow and total respect, we mourn the passing of Richard Earle, who was a leader, innovator, and inspiration to all of us. 

Richard Earle was a Cause Marketing, Branding, and Advertising leader with over 30 years experience at U.S. advertising agencies including Doyle Dane Bernbach, Grey Advertising, and Saatchi & Saatchi, New York, where he was Executive Vice President, Group Creative Director, when he retired. 

Richard wrote major campaigns for Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson, and Revlon, having created advertising / promotion for over 50 national brands and several key movements

Richard created or supervised a number of award-winning public service campaigns, including the first national anti-drug abuse campaign and the Keep America Beautiful "Crying Indian" series. 

A graduate of Amherst College, Richard authored the book "The Art of Cause Marketing: How to Use Advertising to Change Personal Behavior and Public Policy." 

Richard is survived by his wife of many years, Pat, who has chosen to advance reading by young people, and is also survived by two daughters, Melissa and Carol, and a grand-daughter, Tess

A broad range of professionals, leaders and friends from a wide array of industries and disciplines mourn his passing.

Deborah Cornwell

As Special Advisor, Deborah assures that the creative Quality of our Group follows the highest standards.

Deborah has a lifetime passion for the creation of extra-ordinary wreathes and floral displays, that grace the homes of many families, as well as a wide array of businesses, both near and far.

Deborah formed her professional affiliation with The Regis Group in 2012 after almost twenty years with a leading Shenandoah Valley School System.

Deborah continues interacting with the public by advancing the methods of both the hospitality industry and healthcare profession, as well as retail businesses.

Deborah comes from the Shenandoah Region centered in Winchester, Virginia, where her family dates back for five generations.  

Deborah has two children and ten grandchildren.

The entire TRG team mourns the loss of our beloved Clyde.
With regret we have said good-bye to our devoted companion in all we have done.
His constant love and devotion for more than a decade are sorely missed on a daily basis.
